What makes RenoShark different, is that Daniel Orbach, founder of RenoShark, is a skilled tradesmen and educated project manager, and a business-mind, as a serial entrepreneur at heart!
he’s also some savvy business person who wanted to start a renovation company. He began his dream from the bottom. He wanted to learn the ins and outs of the building process. He chose to get educated in Construction Technology and Construction management to understand and learn how to build a home from the ground up from the technical side and the hands-on side. Daniel wanted to create a business that can take a stressful project and make it easy and seamless for the client. Before we even touch a hammer, we are by your side. With daily updates regarding the process of your project, what's the next stage in your project, and clean up for ready to use room. Everything is seamless.
Our Process
It all starts with an initial phone call. Before even stepping into your house, we have an informal 5-10 minute phone call. We like to get to know who you are and what it is you're looking for. This call is to prepares our consultants for the in-person walkthrough of your renovation project. During the walkthrough we go over the size of the project and what materials you are looking to use. We also educate you on what materials work best and give you any guidance on designs and functionality. Below are the step-by-step process from start to finish, and everything in the between.

Design & Construction Estimate
Every home is unique. Design and installation of a renovation project isn't a simple prefabricated design. It’s a matter of expertly fitting YOUR wants and needs into YOUR home. Our team's ability to do that—and do it with care, respect, and professionalism is what sets us apart from competitors
Renovation Process Begins with On-Site Consultations
Here at RenoShark we don't just sign the contract and have a start date. We have several onsite consultations throughout your renovation project. After agreeing on the project details, we would then come in prior to any work commencing to have a pre renovation walkthrough. Depending on the size of the project, there will be several other onsite walkthroughs to discuss process and questions or concerns you may have.
The Finishing
Touches
After completion of the renovation project, our project manager will do a final walkthrough with you in your new, clean and ready to use room. At this point you are able to point out any foreseen deficiencies (if any) and we will schedule a time that works for you to come back and complete the project to your standard.
